The Philippine National Tourism Month was supported by the Philippine Capital Pacific Highway

Corporation, the Department of Tourism of Calabarzon, the Department of Interior of Region 4-A, and the Department of Local Government, as a collaborative effort to revive and activate the local culture and tourism industry and promote economic development. GAC MOTOR, as the sponsor of this Tourism Month event, provided various models including the GS8, the All New GS4, GS3, GN6 and others to escort over 20 high-profile attendees such as government staff and lifestyle bloggers who were invited to join the two-day and one-night Biyaheng experience tour.

GACMOTOR’s SKD plant in Nigeria was completed recently

On October 22, the completion ceremony of GAC MOTOR’s SKD plant in Nigeria and the launching ceremony of new vehicles was successfully held. The OGBA factory covers an area of 3,000 square meters, and after upgrades, the automation levels for the vehicle assembly process rank among the highest in Africa, and the annual production capacity will be increased from 2,000 units to 5,000 units. Compared to the old factory, the assembly precision and quality of assembly have been effectively improved.
